Because I’ve started my learning series with a French course, I’ve thought it would be a good idea to make a review for one of the “hottest” language products at this moment in order to give you some good advice by making a short and pertinent comparison using just score graphics.

I’ve done a little research on French courses and I’ve ended up with 4 products: Transparent French, Rocket French, Power Glide and Rosetta Stone.

After a closer look at the products, I’ve tried to rate each one of them having in mind three aspects: teaching power, fun factor and value.

My Conclusion

As you can see, my choice is Rocket French by Marie-Claire Rivière.

I was really surprised with Rocket French. Although I had never heard of their program before and the sales letter didn’t look so good to me, their product is professional and comprehensive. Rocket French delivered on all their promises and it actually turned out to be my favorite French language software product.

The Rocket French download version has everything the shipped version does and you can get it instantly.
